Reward Points Program

Our Reward Points Program allows you to earn points for your purchases which you can use on future orders. Each £10 spent will earn you 1 point which is equivalent of £1. This works out potentially 10% discount on all your future orders which is a way of us saying “Thank you!” to our loyal customers.

You can use your reward points balance during checkout. You simply tick the ‘Use my reward points available for this order’ box above the payment methods.

Please remember the basic rules below on this program:

• 1 point is equivalent to £1
• Each £10 spent will earn 1 reward point (Increments of 10 only. See examples below*)
• You must have minimum 5 points in your points balance, before you can use them on future orders
• Maximum reward points you can use on a single order is 50 points (£50)
• Points earned are valid for 365 days only

*Examples

An order of £9.50 will earn 0 point
An order of £12.50 will earn 1 point
An order of £19.50 will earn 1 point
An order of £20.50 will earn 2 points

 
Tip: If your basket total is £48, just add another cheap sample pack to make it go over £50 and earn 5 points instead of 4.

How to Redeem and Use Points?

Using points is as easy as ticking a box as you checkout. Once you reach "Select Payment Method" step during the checkout process, you will see a black button called "Use my reward points, XX reward points (£XX.00) available for this order" simply check this box and your order total will be adjusted automatically. If your basket total is £32.00 and you have at least 32 points, all items in your basket will be 100% free. A gift to you from us to say 'Thank You!' for your royalty.
