Conrad Van Orton is a Rome-based artist crafting a unique sound by blending his musical roots with Detroit and Berlin techno. His journey began with his parents' record collection, 90s Italian hip-hop, and radio broadcasts, further fueled by Daft Punk's "Homework." After a sound experimentation workshop and meeting VSK, he dedicated himself to techno, releasing on labels like 30D and Attic Music. His productions are deep, immersive soundscapes influenced by Detroit, house, and Berlin techno. His performances are sensory experiences beyond DJing. In 2020, he founded Lambda Room, focusing on mixing, mastering, and tutoring. Since 2023, he's been a resident and active member of the Silencio collective at Rome's Cieloterra.
